The big question for me!

Everything started a couple of years ago when I saw myself constantly questioning: “What is next for me?”

As I am writing this text sitting on my couch and having a cup of tea, I can tell you that I have a good job and an good career track so far.

I have worked in big companies, great projects, different countries, and met amazing people – it has been a tremendous 10-year journey so far!

But after one decade of hard work, I feel that I have achieved all that I want in the corporate life.

Don’t get me wrong – I don’t hate my job and I do work with good a people, which makes the thought of leaving it a little bit harder.

The thing is: I just don’t see myself with a 9-5 lifestyle (or sometimes 8,9,10 pm) for the rest of my life, dealing with all the corporate politics. There is a world full of opportunities out there and I feel obliged to explore it.

I want to chase my dreams and do what I love.

So… What is next for me?

The question “What is next for me?” keeps coming back to my mind every day. I am constantly trying to plan a way out to escape the rat race.

I will be honest, it is not 100% clear in my mind. I have been researching a lot of different fields and ways to escape the 9-5 – there is one certainty, though, it will be internet related – the e-world is just incredible. The more I read, the more I fall in love with it.

What is Project Exit 1095?

After a lot of research, reflection and some therapy sessions, I decided to create project Exit 1095 – I want to share my experiences with you and connect with like-minded people – feel free to drop me an email or leave a comment on my posts – It will be great to stay in touch.

What “Exit 1095” stands for?

You are probably curious about the project name, but it is a straightforward answer: I set myself a challenge to leave the corporate life (exit) in no more than 3 years (1095 days)! 🙂

I have mixed feelings about this whole adventure. There is a unique combination of fear and excitement, which gives me a lot of motivation!

It is crazy, but sometimes you just need to hear your gut feeling and chase your dreams. I have no idea where I will be and how things will turn out, but keep reading the next posts, and I will let you know!

We are just kicking off…

Well, the game is just starting, and I am looking forward to sharing my experiences with you…

If you have ever been in a similar position, let’s connect and share experiences!

Cheers!
